On the 24-28th of September 2018, Project #5 – Resolving the organisational accident participated into the 33rd European Association for Aviation Psychology conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Representatives of the project took the occasion to present not only the project itself and the Luton Safety Stack, but also WP5.3 and its approach to Safety Culture, receiving a good general feedback.
