Project 5 – Resolving the organisational accident is currently attending the 8th Resilience Engineering Association’s Symposium. The REA Symposium “Embracing Resilience: Scaling up and Speeding up” will be held on the 24-27th of June 2019 in Kalmar, Sweden. The symposium engages participants in what it means to embrace resilience in a turbulent world and explores how to scale up and speed up the adoption of the ideas of resilience engineering.
