On the 29th of April 2019, Project #5 – Resolving the organisational accident attended the Annual Human Factors & Ergonomics conference in Stratford upon Avon, UK. The project held a Safety Culture Master Class, based on WP3 & WP1. Registration included 30 attendees from a range of industries including defence, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, medical, nuclear and aviation, including accident investigation branch.
